Guerrilla Portraiture.

The idea:
is to get in, do your thing, and get the fuck out. Pack light and essential, keep your eyes open, and your expectations minimal. It's impossible that there's anything new in what I am doing, but in two hours of walking around, and an hour or so at a starbucks, I was able to shoot promo shots of DJ Frobot, process them, and burn him a disk he could take straight into Illustrator, and thus into his resume. That's pretty sweet.

What I carried:
Camera Bag-
D40x
18-55mm
55-200mm
snap on flash difuser (ghetto, but effective.)

Backpack-
macbook
2 pens
blank cd
cd case

What I got:
Yes, it is too bad about that guy in the background.
Immediate turnaround from shoot to burn is fucking convenient. I can't stress enough how labour intensive something like this used to be. And while I am still a way off from being good at this, I definitely on the hustle. Teaching brats English just pays the bills, right?
