Democracy, racing towards tyranny.

I’m a firm believer that stupid people get what they deserve.

Venezuela deserves a guy like Hugo Chavez because Venezuelans are poor ignorant, and very easily manipulated. For the past decade Chavez has been buttressed by the oil wealth of his nation. He has used it to secure treaties, buy off rivals, and cement his place as leader of his nation by chipping away at its constitution. The people of Venezuela have all but dug the mass graves they will soon be unceremoniously tossed into. His true character will reveal its self in the next 3 years as this economic nightmare unfolds more.

At best he’s going to be another Robert Mugabe. Just another piece of shit who would rather run a country into the ground than cede power. I don’t see that happening though. I see a bloodbath coming. People will disappear. There will be rumors of torture and of mutilations. They really know how to “get down” in South America, and they’re going to get the fuck down before that cunt is either sitting in the Hague, or dead. All the things that should happen to him, the things I would do to him, won’t. That’s just the way it goes, but in a democracy, well, the people did it themselves, didn’t they? My sympathy wallet has a piece of lint in it, and not much else. And yes, I am glad I come from a country that’s only sort of fucked up, and not one that is completely so.

Bravo Venezuela, you continue to dig yourself deeper.
