Look, I hate [most] pop music as much as the next elitist prick. And I happen to think that paying money to the “BIG” music industry is playing right into their greedy cloven hooves. I believe that you vote with your wallet, and people have been voting yes on every bullshit, short-sided, avaricious decision that those mother fuckers in the corner offices have been shitting out their silk sheet wiped assholes on our heads for so long now that the music industry now robs us with fucking impunity. Well, not me of course, I’m broke.

Now TicketMaster (an increasingly apropos title) is talking merger with the second biggest ticket issuing (marking the fuck up) corporation in America. All of a sudden (for those of us who remember) Pearl Jam’s long and fruitless battle against those bitches in the 90’s doesn’t seem so silly, does it? We’re talking monopoly, price fixing, fuck you the consumer in the ass with a rabid badger style business practices.

Why do we (that is to say you) put up with this?

People really need to take back control from these assholes…
